Bangladesh Business and Disability Network has organized a sensitization session on Disability Inclusion with the EC board of Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), Bangladesh on 21st March 2022 at Police Plaza Conchord Tower-2, Gulshan-1. President of IPM Md. Musharraf Hossain, General Secretary, Enamul Haque and other EC members were present there. Ms. Aziza Ahmed presented on BBDN and its’ activities. Mr. Golam Kibria presented Guideline on Inclusive Human Resource Policy: Advantages of Hiring Persons with Disabilities. Ms. Rubaiya Sultana demonstrated the Digital Employment Pathway in brief. The event was aimed to sensitize the board members following to connect the member companies of IPM and arrange wider sensitization for them. A MoU between BBDN and IPM could have been signed as a result of this intervention.
