BBDN conducted the Bangladesh case study for a regional research project by the Asian Productivity Organization (APO), assessing employment barriers and reviewing policies, laws, and workplace practices to improve productivity and workforce inclusion for persons with disabilities.

In May 2025, APO published the regional report “Enhancing Disability-Inclusive Employment Policies in Asia,” which incorporated BBDN’s findings for Bangladesh, providing recommendations to strengthen employment opportunities and inclusion in the workforce.
