Bangladesh Business and Disability Network (BBDN) and Otto International have organized a day long Sensitization training (half day long Deep Drive Training and half day long Sensitization Session) on Disability on 9th May 2023 at Otto International’s premises. The session was led by a team of experts from BBDN. The Deep Drive Training was for team leaders and the Sensitization Session was for the mid-level employees. BBDN will continue series of training session on disability with Otto International as part of making the members disability confident.
