Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd. is the pioneer in the paint industry of Bangladesh and is one of the giant MNC. Berger Paint Bangladesh is one of the Founder Members of Bangladesh Businesses and Disability Network (BBDN). They have been supporting BBDN from the very beginning of it’s journey and were very align with the ideology. Recently Berger have started their inclusion journey formally and have recruited persons with Disabilities.
Jannatul Ferdous born in Savar, Dhaka. She has physical disabilities since birth. She has impairment in both leg and she faces difficulties in walking. She has completed her post- graduation from Govt. Titumir College. She faced many barriers when she was in search of job. She has many bitter experiences in interviews. Finally, she was recruited as a Sales Support Officer in Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd. through BBDN under Inclusion Works project. She is really happy with her job and the entire working environment of Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd.
