Team Group is one of the founder members of BBDN and has been working for the employment of persons with disabilities from the beginning of their disability inclusion journey. In the first round, they hired 15 people with disabilities into their workforce through a BBDN-supported spot interview. In the second round, 50 candidates were initially chosen for different positions. Out of these 50 candidates, 28 people with disabilities secured jobs at different positions. Following the success of the 2 spot interviews, Team Group planned to add more people with disabilities to their workforces and approached BBDN to arrange a spot interview for them again.
To this end, BBDN arranged a spot interview for Team Group on 29th March 2023, at Chamber Building, Motijheel Commercial Area Dhaka. A total of 41 people with different types of disabilities joined the interview. Two representatives of Team Group conducted the interview process with the close support of BBDN and B-SCAN. B-Scan and 3 OPDs from Manikganj, Narayanganj and Tangail supported the spot interview to mobilize the candidates. The interviews lasted half day long. 25 candidates were selected for different positions from the spot interview.
