Bangladesh Business and Disability Network has facilitated 2nd sessions on Disability Inclusion with MTB Foundation at Mutual Trust Bank Limited on 17th April 2023. In vision with creating inclusive workplace in the private sector BBDN is working on awareness building among the leaders and professionals of private sector. As part of that BBDN is facilitating a series of sessions on Disability Inclusion with MTB Foundation. The second sensitization session, attended by MTBians of different hierarchy of the bank, was inaugurated by Rias Uddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Director & CAMLCO of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. (MTB). Samia Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of MTB Foundation moderated the session to build awareness about disability inclusion along with making the workplace disability-friendly. Aziza Ahmed, Head of Operations BBDN, Golam Kibria, Senior Programme Manager BBDN, Sharlin Akther, Program Officer BBDN and Salma Mahbub, General Secretary BSCAN were present there as facilitation team.
The first session of Sensitization on Disability Inclusion was inaugurated by Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. in presence of Senior Management Team at Corporate Head Office of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. on 1st February 2023.
