On April 10, 2025, BBDN conducted a sensitization session on disability inclusion (inclusive classroom) with Skill Jobs, a concern of the Daffodil Family, at Daffodil Tower. Nayem Molla, Communications and Admin Officer at BBDN, led the session, which focused on inclusive classrooms and effective communication with persons with disabilities.
Trainers and staff from Skill Jobs explored topics such as types of disabilities, barriers in digital skills training, and inclusive communication practices. The interactive session aimed to build participants’ capacity to create more accessible and welcoming learning environments.
This sensitization session is part of an ongoing partnership between BBDN and Skill Jobs, through which the institute will provide digital upskilling training to youth with disabilities. By raising awareness and building capacity among its trainers and staff, Skill Jobs is taking an important step toward ensuring a more accessible and inclusive learning environment.
