As part of the BRAC Bank – BBDN Aporajeyo Ami Program, the first batch of Digital Marketing course has been launched for 14 selected youth with disabilities at Skill Jobs, a concern of Daffodil Family.
To mark the beginning of this initiative, an orientation class was held on March 23, 2025, at the Skill Jobs premises. Distinguished guests, including Ms. Nafisa Shadaf (AVP & Senior Manager – CSR Resource Mobilization, BRAC Bank PLC), Mr. Jafar Ahmed Patwary (General Manager, Daffodil Computers Ltd.), and Ms. Aziza Ahmed (Director of Operations, BBDN), delivered inspiring remarks. They encouraged the trainees to stay dedicated to their learning journey and to seek support whenever needed.
Mr. Md Sajib Mia, Lead Trainer of Digital Marketing at Skill Jobs, conducted the orientation session. He provided a comprehensive overview of the course structure, outlined expectations, and discussed future pathways to employment, freelancing, and entrepreneurship. To ensure accessibility, a sign language interpreter was present, offering real-time sign language interpretation.
Several key representatives also attended the session. From BBDN, Mr. Arup Ratan Chowdhury (Program Manager), Ms. Sharlin Akther (Assistant Program Manager), and Mr. Nayem Molla (Communications and Admin Officer) were present. From Skill Jobs, Mr. Muhammad Arif Hossain (Business Development Manager) participated.
This program is designed to enhance digital skills and expand employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. We are excited to witness these young individuals grow and succeed in the digital world!
